Key Accountabilities
- Partner with the national biobanking program stakeholder to collect samples for purpose of the research, including coordinating with all relevant parties and facilities such as research centers, hospitals, health center, etc.
- Monitor day to day project operation execution by allocating resource to implement existing and new health programs such as innovative therapies for rare and chronic diseases in line with the Genome Program’s goal of providing the best healthcare system for all Emiratis
- Coordinate with dedicated entity to raise awareness of the Genome Program to promote trust and acceptance, by advocating its goals through the relevant communication medias, as well as through the development of educational and promotional material that keeps the Emiratis involved and updated ,
- Assist knowledge incubators in designing the development and implementation of technical training and graduate programs to build the next generation of omics professionals
- Evaluate project progress & highlight deviation , if any from timeline, budget , legislative & ethical framework in project execution to Manager , strategic project management & implementation.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Experience in project execution with- in scientific or public health program
- Knowledge in Genomic Science & Medicine
- Experience in project management with understanding of applicable policies and processes for Government / Government-related entities.
- Knowledge in project management processes which includes initiation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience in resource planning , allocation & monitoring
