Key Accountabilities
- Support in implementation of data management strategies and models for the ADEO & Abu Dhabi government entitles to enable effective data acquisition, management, storage, use and application of large-scale data, ensuring adherence to established ethical standards
- Participate in discussion of decision maker & other stakeholder in the ADEO and Abu Dhabi government entities to understand their needs; technical input and partner with relevant data management working team to develop consolidated analytical platforms to aid in the decision making, policy design & operational research for ADEO’s stakeholders
- Identify new and innovative ways to improve methods in data acquisition, management and application, leveraging literatures and knowledge of technological advancement in the discipline
- Facilitate discussions with relevant parties to brainstorm and resolve challenges or issues related to data management raised by working groups and related entities
- Map the analytical capabilities of the working groups and partners supporting the data management team to identify opportunities and gaps, and propose capability building interventions
- Review and validate related technical documents prepared such as protocol and guidelines and manuals for data management & analytics that will be used across the working groups
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Proven working experience as data science & analytics who has overseen successful implementation across enterprise/government-wide.
- Strong understanding of machine learning & operational research tools.
- Strong public sector expertise to understand user requirements and use cases with knowledge of data management including leading and emerging technologies
- Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills across all levels, particularly senior and influential stakeholders.
