Key Accountabilities
- Develop & oversee the implementation of Abu Dhabi Government Data management roadmap across the government entities to drive the AD smart city plan within the timeline & standards best in practice.
- Oversee the implementation of technique , Secure procedure & policies for effective data management with attention to all technical aspects across the government entities to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data.
- Develop the analytical capabilities of ADEO to service its decision makers’ needs & internal stakeholders to drive effective management of the data transformation across the government entities.
- Oversee the decision enablement command center, government strategic dashboards and enhance integration with government decisions and policy making procedure to ensure align to the vision of AD smart city plan.
- Influence & partner with government entities to instill a data culture by building trust with data, combining data from government and private entities, embedding data in day-to-day way of working, fostering collaboration and establishing a consultative relationship with all stakeholders .
- Oversee & Assess the government-wide analytics, statistics, data science agendas as a holistic portfolio to provide a syndicated drive and alignment to AD smart city plan.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Proven working experience as a data management leader who has overseen successful implementation across enterprise/government-wide.
- Strong public sector expertise to understand user requirements and use cases with knowledge of data management including leading and emerging technologies
- Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills across all levels, particularly senior and influential stakeholders.
- Extensive leadership and managerial experience leading a team (including technical staff)
