Key Accountabilities
- Analyze the strategic initiative of Abu Dhabi digital transformation to ensure it is aligned with the Digital government strategy of AD smart city plan.
- Monitor the investment spending on digital priorities and enablers across the entire government to ensure that the project is progressing according to schedule.
- Analyze digital maturity gaps of AD smart city plan , if any and highlight any deviations at a government-wide level in coordination with government departments to address the issue on time.
- Provide support to the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority and other government entities to bridge the gap of digital skills and capabilities needed for Digital government success.
- Research the future trends and propose new operating models to enhance the maturity of digital transformation across the entire government entity
- Participate & advise the Policy Lab to aid in developing innovative and leading policies that advance Abu Dhabi's digital age as per the vision of being AD Smart city .
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Recognized degree in digital technology
- Proven working experience in project as a digital transformation expert who has overseen successful implementation of enterprise/government-wide digital transformation
- Strong public sector expertise to understand user requirements and use cases with knowledge of digital landscape, including leading and emerging technologies
- Broad technical expertise in digital transformation to challenge, translate and drive decisions
- Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills across all levels, particularly senior and influential stakeholders.
