Key Accountabilities
  • Analyze and maintain Human-centered design and reengineering processes to achieve greater impact.
  • Support in organization and digital transformation strategies execution that impact and enhance organizational effectiveness and performance across the ADEO entities
  • Improve relevant ESG framework into department strategy and develop policies as well as processes to achieve the identified ESG objectives
  • Assist in mapping the talent journey across the various talent group to identify the development need & enhance workplace experience for stakeholder of ADEO.
  • Maintain and execute programs that translate ADEO values to create a differentiated talent value proposition, attracting and retaining top talent
