Key Accountabilities
- Assess needs and expectations of ADEO and government entities and conduct research to systematically scan the environment and develop insights on future trends, discontinuities, emerging opportunities and challenges to meet the requirements.
- Analyze current projects and provide inputs for the future projects by developing multiple scenarios to understand how the future could look.
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of future development initiatives across Abu Dhabi government entities.
- Research the key initiatives for the future projects based on evidence-based analysis and Quantitative and Qualitative report to ensure the responsibilities are aligned as per the strategic direction.
- Support the leadership in Leveraging partnerships with external parties from bring outside-in thinking to the foresight work.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Experience and relevant qualifications in supporting the future projects.
- Experience in relationship building and knowledge sharing is an advantage.
- Working experience in government/ government related entities is an advantage.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to facilitate translation of vision and aspirations into strategic directions.
- Experience conducting research for the future project is an advantage
