Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and oversee the design, implementation and optimization of IT / digital infrastructure across ADEO to ensure alignment with the digital strategy for optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Drive the integration and deployment of AI, automation, cloud services offerings and infrastructure solutions with other applications and platforms based on engineering requirements pertaining to computing, storage, network and security to meet ADEO’s evolving needs and promote business sustainability.
  • Lead forecasting of utilization patterns for modification or upgrades, conduct capacity workload modelling and availability analysis for platforms, and oversee performance monitoring as well as necessary reporting to ensure its inter-operability and maintenance of service level standards and governance.
  • Manage work and resource allocations and serve as a subject matter expert by providing advisory support, guidance and technical directions to the next level in IT / digital infrastructure matters.
  • Monitor and oversee the performance of systems and run incident post-mortems to ensure systems are stable and secure with disaster recovery and business continuity plans in place.
  • Manage and work closely with key infrastructure partners and vendors to clearly define service delivery metrics, manage contracts, establish processes and procedures for root cause investigations, conduct routine updates, and assess performance according to defined SLAs to ensure infrastructure solutions / services meet requirements for the business.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in digital architecture design, development, implementation and management of infrastructure initiatives.
  • Proficient knowledge in authentication protocols, creating custom and automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, VBScripts, etc.), cloud servers (Azure / AWS), Windows platform servers, virtualization, network, storage, backup and security operations.
