Key Accountabilities
  • Gather, analyze and document business leaders and user requirement and draft design, technical and Technical specifications to support development of digital, analytical, AI and automation solutions for assigned software and application development projects.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle; design, develop, configure, test and deploy solutions, including preparing and developing technical documents of the development process, architecture, standard components, flowcharts, layout and DB diagrams.
  • Translate business leaders and user needs into Technical codes, ensuring adherence to recommended coding standards and secure-coding principles to avoid security vulnerabilities.
  • Develop program logic for new applications and analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications, ensuring that systems improvements are successfully implemented.
  • Assist in the integration testing, system testing and liaise with business leaders and end users to conduct UAT, from sign-off and managing any post-implementation changes.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in full Agile development projects; involved as a developer in development of emerging technologies (such as digital, analytics, AI and automation) in a complex business applications environment an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Agile DevOps Methodologies and understanding of user requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the general digital landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficient in frontend / backend development and strong coding/programming capability in languages required
