Key Accountabilities
- Formulate digital, analytical, AI and Automation solutions and alternatives by synthesizing business leaders and user requirements into proof of concepts for digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment to ADEO’s digital transformation projects and solutions development roadmap.
- Lead and oversee software and application development projects, defining product features, establishing project standards for designs and code reviews, prototyping and sprint reviews.
- Develop and conduct software and application validation and testing, engaging with business leaders and users to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Build, deploy, implement and/or modify machine AI application; including digital agents (chatbots), pattern recognition applications and automation scripts and utilities to strengthen organizational and workforce productivity.
- Manage and empower development teams through the introduction, development and/or maintenance of efficient tools and processes and coaches' team on Scrum/Agile DevOps principles (e.g., iterative/continuous development, self-organization, code refactoring, black box testing) and ensures these are adhered to for successful delivery.
- Perform market scans, technical analysis, proof of concepts and detailed technology assessments along with development teams to identify opportunities to transform the legacy systems into integrated digital solutions and empower them with AI capabilities.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Proven extensive working experience in full Agile development projects; leading development of emerging technologies (such as digital, analytics, AI and automation) in a complex business applications environment an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/DevOps Methodologies and understanding of user requirements.
- Proficient in software development tools and standards and coding/programming languages required
