Key Accountabilities
  • Evaluate enterprise-wide technology landscape and create architectural designs and principles to guide, contextualize and integrate solution development across services, projects and systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information) with the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Liaise with ADEO leaders to understand organizational drivers and capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise architecture requirements and change requirements to drive the organization’s desired outcomes.
  • Lead the enterprise architecture ecosystem-wide governance processes and ensure projects are aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Provide technical advice on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impact and technology priorities to ensure projects and technological investments are aligned with the enterprise architecture vision.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the current landscape and emerging technology trends / disruptions and proactively lead the analysis of the current technology environment to identify deficiencies, gaps, and opportunities to modernize ADEO’s enterprise architecture.
  • Work closely with external partners and Digital Services & Solutions to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future organization requirements.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in at least two (2) IT solution development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, application management, or cloud development.
  • Knowledgeable of agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.
  • Familiar with organizational design frameworks and process mapping tools.
