Key Accountabilities
  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of programs initiatives for the community transformation to improve the quality of service and enlarge the socio-economic development of the centralized region.
  • Analyze current centralized regional programs and initiative by conducting surveys and provide inputs for improving the current policies and priorities to tailor the needs of the communities.
  • Conduct research on centralized region growth strategies to identify the processes that can be enhanced to build the integrated, innovative and sustainable socioeconomics for current and future generations.
  • Conduct research on centralized region growth strategies to identify the processes that can be enhanced to build the integrated, innovative and sustainable socioeconomics for current and future generations.
  • Participate and support actively in the collaboration of the community partner across centralized regional communities.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven experience in working with the large organization,
  • Experience in supporting large-scale community transformation program is an advantage.
  • Experience in conducting regional research and landscape scanning is an advantage.
  • Experience in working with a collaborative approach is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in regional development programme and policy, including good communication skills.
